If I would be in charge for cons balance, I would fuse molotov + at nade together and keep it at 25 fuel and add another upgrade to the HQ called "PPsh packages" for 40 fuel which unlocks the access to the 3x PPsh upgrade for each cons (same like the one from doctrines, cost 60 mun)
Then I would swap the PPsh package slot from the commanders with "1x DP1928 + Hit the Dirt!", cost 40 mun.
For example, how can you say the Kubel under performs when the wc51 for 10 manpower less can transport units, cap, upgrade to have a gun that has more dps and range (and can suppress can it not?), has more Armour, has mark target and can call in artillery?

3) Kubel gets free maphack at vet 1
why? It has upper hand vs SU and USF but is bad against UKF. It should be made more balanced across all factions, make some units to actually serve a purpose, the ones mentioned. Kubel, Luchs, MG34, Leig18 specifically do underperform. Is that not an issue?

I frequently cnnot breach this control fortresses. Mort bunker gettin wiped in secs,2x matresses apparently cant wipe any squad on 2/3 required rnge (out of 6 present in circle and 5 more on retret path). Brit tnks suffer critical existence failure moment elephant look at them funny and british infantry melt in attack and yellow suppression is enough for rifle nad(e)do.
Not to mention the moment land matress starts firing he is good as dead if stuka player can spot it (n they fcin can). Brits lacks superheavy tan destroyers. AVRE is one shotting inf but no sane man would let it hit more than one squad. Brit base brrages re so slow n anemic germns cn esiy redploy squad weapons without losses
On the other hand many ger doctrines hve Ief arty, off map nukes tht cannot be even disrupted with aa. Plenty super heavies and OKW resists manpower drain better thn brits. Also 3xgrens with lmgs are unnaproachable n can outmuscle VIckers in yellow cover in 4-6 secs. After my rection its too late to move to close the gap or call any skill.
