Without looking at the replay one thing to keep in mind is that M20 is really good at dealing with Ass Grens and Support Weapons. Remember the bazooka crew can take care of bunkers if you completely push him off. I know in live version M20 can feel out of reach if you get locked down super early but if you can scrap together the fuel then you can use it to break the hold. (Easier on some maps than others).
PS I totally got PTSD flashback from the one time he got me with the 251 Hail Mary. Such cheese. -.-
Breakthrough definitely needs reworked... it's not even worthwhile using it for Fusi spam anymore after they fixed their insane Vet bonuses. The officer would be fine if they made the boost timed like the OST Arty officer and remove the annoying retreat mechanic. Change the Assault Artillery to not be around Capping points and then you have a usable commander... such an easy fix with minimal possible balance concerns.
I think it's okay now - due to it being Angoville the red cover road down the middle and asymmetric design can't really go away without basically making an entire new map. The couple times I've played on it I felt that it certainly plays better than the old version particularly the more symmetrical fuel points and the opening up of the south VP and sight lines, and the rotated cut-off houses which are MUCH less punishing now. I voted rework more because I'm sure it could be made better if you really looked at it but the new version is definitely better IMO.
Depending on your skill level try watching Tightrope's tips and tricks videos on youtube and just trying to understand game mechanics and how it works. Also watch game casts to see how higher level players use different strategies etc.
Minor thing but the Elite Armor 221's Veterancy 1 description is incorrect - it says that it's able to reinforce squads at Vet 1 instead of the defensive smoke.
Who wants to bet OP hasn't tested the mod at all? The way I see it is that the Veteran squad leader has to provide pretty good bonuses since you are forgoing MG42 (and I assume G43 isn't transferable still). Right now A moving MG42 Grens is pretty easy to execute and if you are giving that up you need to get something in return- especially if you are picking a doctrine to do that.
