Thread: December Balance Preview10 Nov 2017, 16:23 PM As they are basically slowly but surely adding most of the changes from the original Fall Balance Preview, please add back the much better vet 1 abilities for the IS-2 and KV-1: IS-2 • Veterancy 1 ‘Secure Point’ ability replaced with OF-471 Fragmentation Shell. This ability is a targeted ability that fires a HE shell that cover a large area, but low OHK radius also applies a mini-stun to vehicles hit. Ignores landscape and terrain. KV-1 • Secure Mode replaced with KV-1 Hulldown. Increases rate of fire by 15% and damage resistance by 20% after five seconds. Tank becomes immobile when active. They're a big improvement and well worth adding. In: Lobby
Thread: DBP Commander Revamp brainstorming10 Nov 2017, 14:58 PM It would be nice to see them add the pershing to another US commander. US players had to wait so very long to finally get one heavy tank, and there is only one commander that has access to it. If they had another pershing commander, they might be less inclined to rely on zook blobs to deal with late game armour. If I remember correctly there was a butterly mines style ability in Ardennes Assault. Adding that to a commander would be very welcome. I certainly miss that ability from the PE in COH1. Also, how about finally buffing the OKW commander specific 2-cm Flak emplacements. Maybe set a limit of one, and give it a huge buff to armour and HP, as well as rate of fire. So it acts more like the one from COH1. In: COH2 Gameplay

Thread: Please add these two things to the patch mod3 Nov 2017, 16:21 PM There is literally no reason for the US AT nade to have a minimum range. So just get rid of it. And the combination of OKW inf being more vulnerable when salvaging, and being clumped up, means a wipe in inevitable. In: Lobby

Exactly, plus free with vet isn't free, and are you sure all AT snares have a minimum range? I'd like to see video evidence of that, along with what the ranges are for the other factions. In: Lobby
Thread: Please add these two things to the patch mod3 Nov 2017, 12:45 PM 1) Please remove the minimum range for US riflemen AT nades. As far as I can tell there has never been a reason for it, and it can be easily abused by a good Axis player. 2) Space out OKW troops while they are salvaging, so that they don't all clump up around the wreckage, I've lost so many squads to mortars, or a nade I can't get them to move away from fast enough. It would be great to be able to see exactly what is in each pack, before buying. #ClassicRelic It's really good to see that the revenue going to help animals (especially considering how many dolphins die in a typical match of Red Alert 2), and I love the added irony that it's from a game that itself is becoming endangered. They were trying to fix a game while having both hands tied behind their back, and in spite of this did a great job at fixing a number of balance problems. This is a great example of how not to treat an active and engaged community from the Relic end. Very well said! Considering what it was: a group of passionately committed COH2 players who were basically making game patches for Relic, for free, but under extremely limited and contradictory conditions. It's amazing that they were still able to make a lot of much needed improvements and changes that they did. Community patches being stopped can only hurt the game. Especially if Relic have even less interest or commitment to the game than the community. Which seems to be the case. How long do we have to wait to find out if Relic will still be releasing patches, or removing all the known bugs. In: COH2 Gameplay
