Thread: Ghostwiring31 Oct 2015, 23:18 PM All infantry units can destroy ghost stuff in less than a second by right clicking on it, I would say destroy by crushing it but sometimes when a player is building something and their or their allies infantry walk through it would be very annoying, also an animation doesnt play just right click with infantry and its destroyed In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: What are your Heavy Cavalry Strategies?31 Oct 2015, 21:42 PM I wanna know how everyone else uses this commander, I know its a bit too early to ask but so far I like this commander with its riflemen defenses, smoke barrage, combined arms, rangers and of course the mighty Pershing But personally I find the Pershing under performing for its cost it has good damage and all and its range is great but its eventually gonna get into a fight and when it does it loses its health so quickly you just pull out straight away and if you go 3 riflemen then rangers will just be an mp bleed for you its better to just call one in to replace a riflemen if you went 3 of em and this commander does have you use riflemen cause you know riflemen defenses But thats just my opinion and Im not a good USF player nor did I use the commander much yet (but I do love it!) What are your strategies when using it I'd like to know how other people play with this commander and how you implement rangers into your strategy (please specify which gamemode you do it in btw) In: US Forces Strategies
Thread: The Beginners' Tournament31 Oct 2015, 01:12 AM People complaining just want an easy to win tournament don't listen to them I wanna watch games where people don't know wtf they be doing there may be like 1200 people ranked for British etc but you gotta remember that there is many people who arn't even ranked on the leader boards so many people just screw around in the other game modes, coh2 has at least 15000 people who play it once a week and don't say that there's 7000 people on peak Im talking about different people playing at different times not everybody plays at the same time If we have the rank reduced to 250 from 1000 than there is just gonna be so many matches of players rolling over the other person Im genuinely interested in this tourney because for the 1st time we don't just see the same players its gonna be a bunch of unknown players not knowing wtf they're doing its a beginners 1v1 tournament meant for people who never played or just begun to play 1v1s In: News

Thread: Rangers30 Oct 2015, 09:16 AM Theyre Similar to Thompson Paratroopers with their Thompsons of course but they come out earlier than them, paras do have more utility though with their 2 different weapon upgrades, being able to reinforce at beacons and extra abilities As a person who used Rangers alot so far in 2v2s I must say they are good but theyre certainly not that overpowered, you get 2 and you start to slowly bleed manpower and while they can 1v1 most squads you cant just charge up I just find that theyre an AWESOME! flanking unit and I only need 1 for that XD In: COH2 Balance

With things such as commissars and utilizing infantry to swarm the enemy. In fact, I love Warhammer and play Imperial Guard. Isn't that weird some grim dark Sci-fi universe captures that theme more so then the "actual" Soviet army? I know where the Imperial Guard takes it inspiration from and its not just the Russians you cant say Imperial Guard are Soviets from WW2 the Valhallans are the Imperial Guard Regiments with most of its inspiration taken from soviets while there are other regiments that take inspiritation from something else, Death Korps, Catachans, Steel Legion and Tallarn to name a few But the Imperial Guard in DoW2 was designed before the Soviets of CoH2 and what I was trying to say is you guys wanted their mechanics such as reinforcing 3 men for the price of 1, Heavy Artillery,badass firepower, canceling retreats with executions etc In: COH2 Gameplay
