General Information


Thread: Ostheer are broken2 Aug 2014, 22:20 PM I rarely use the term. But Red Beard is literally complaining about everything that the Ostheer / Wehrmacht have. I'm pretty sure that deserves my response. The few things that I can agree with are nerfing Rifle Company Commander and buffing the Panzergrenadiers. Regular Grenadiers are still beasts with the LMG42 upgrade. In: Lobby

Thread: Volksgrenadiers2 Aug 2014, 17:41 PM Is it me, or does it seem like Volksgrenadiers seem a lot more hardy than were were before the last couple of patches? I remember an Airborne squad seemingly get shredded last game by one of these (one or two of them got gimped by a Panzershrek, if any of you people want to know). As a side note, they also seem to take less suppression. I'm pretty sure my enemy didn't have that "Total Disregard for Safety" bulletin (Volksgrenadiers take 10% less suppression). Just wondering, anyone else feel the same? Any ninja buffs / nerfs they might have gotten? In: Lobby

Thread: M26 Pershing31 Jul 2014, 15:12 PM Unless the Easy Eight currently in the game is supposed to mimic the 102mm of armor that it got MUCH later in the war, then the Jumbo is still viable. EDIT: Just looked, and comparing the regular Sherman's armor to the Easy Eight's, I think it already does. Yay. 160 armor vs. 215 armor - pretty significant difference. Bump down the armor on the Easy Eight to 180, reserve a higher number, like 250, for the Jumbo should it be added in (300 (equivalent to the Tiger) seems like overkill). Doing that will solve 2 problems - the survivability of the Easy Eight compared to the regular Sherman, and also makes the Jumbo have something over all the other tanks in the US arsenal.
