Thread: Rifleman cost-effectiveness3 May 2015, 17:49 PM I moved for the veteran riflemen because I find it quite 'unfair' to play against Veteran 2 riflemen that can win an engagement against my grens without losing a model after 1 minute. The commander itself has no downsides in my opinion as it provides the best early game advantage of all commanders and also has the best USF tank for the end game. I had to back track and get At guns.... Please help me fix this otherwise I think its little unbalance... The T34 and Sherman are already better tanks. I usually don't play a fast P4. I only do when I am really sure that I dominate the early game and 4 grens + mortar is my usual standard build. Skipping T2 requires at least 50-70% map control in the early game and at least one fuel point (better both). An additional fuel cache is also nice. Then you can get out the P4 at the mentioned time. This build is not very functional, it's more to end the game very fast because of your overwhelming dominance. A fast P4 is not a suitable option in even games. In short: You have to dominate the game for a fast P4 to work. You need good micro and unit preservation. Your problem is probably not the time when the P4 arrives but the early game before. Concentrate on keeping your units arrive and learn to use PaKs. The P4 will just roam the enemy for a few minutes until his own tanks arrive. And then you need PaKs or Panzergrenadiers in every case. Thread: Panzer IV Medium tank - Fastest Build?2 May 2015, 19:07 PM If I aim for a P4 I usually build 4 Grens + Mortar, Skip T2 against USF if I am sure that no M20 will arrive and go for T3. The P4 will arrive after about 9-12 minutes. But this strat is very risky as you have no counter against any light vehicles until you get your tank. If everything goes as planned you can rumble your enemy pretty good. But it's a must to get up T2 as soon as possible after your P4 because you need reliable AT units. In: COH2 Gameplay

I find them very useful if you play heavy T3 as a support for your P4/Ostwinds. Sure you need Paks but I really am a StuG G fan. Units I noticed taking ages to vet up are: - LeIG (which I build almost every game, though I rarely get one to Vet 5 even after about 50 kills) - Stuka zu Fuß (never ever reached Vet 4 with one, although > 80 kills) - Command Panther - Sdkfz Uhu The last one is a joke, okay?
