Thread: Tactical Support Completly Broken 29 Nov 2015, 21:41 PM It's the ultimate area of denial tool. Nerf it and you won't see this commander anymore. It's pretty much the "showhorse" of this commander and I'm sure almost every players picks it because of the Arty Cover. Brits have mediocre/bad onmap arty, but for that they get really strong off map arty. In: COH2 Bugs

Thread: Croc price increase too much?28 Nov 2015, 21:52 PM OK guys, everybody talking here that it should perform like a Tiger etc. The game impact a croc delivers is from my experience higher than a Tiger/IS2. I won games, which I clearly would've lost simply by calling in a Croc, roasting the complete infantry, all the AT guns, allowing me to get map back and finally winning the game. 1 Croc + 2 At Guns are a higher threat than one Tiger backed up by 2 at guns. It's mobility especially on vet 2 is incredible together with the high health pool. However I still believe it's priced too high, 210 fuel seems fine in my eyes, to underline that it would lose against its counterparts in vacuum matches. In: COH2 Balance

The problem is the have TOO MUCH bonuses. USF gets: 1. Vehicle Crews (capping with every vehicle, self repair) 2. Free Squads 3. Weapon Racks, making you able to dual equip every squad 4. No need to build base buildings 5. More versatile mainline infantry than any other faction. 6. Caches This isn't a problem with USF getting a bonus like the other factions. Croc is pretty much the only vehicle that forces tech above ATGs. On top of that, with new resources and timings, there isn't much reason not to invest in light vehicles as OKW, even panther can contest sherman or T34 and while tech is still important for OKW, its no longer a matter of win or loss. No, OKW can not deal with allied mainline infantry that upgrades Brens, BARS with infantry alone. Ostheer is capable of doing so due the fact they have snipers (rec. acc. modifiers don't matter) a powerful HMG and lmg on their mainline infantry. Hence, if you don't go for a elite infantry doc or a doc with HMG you will need a light vehicle do keep map control. Otherwise the allied player is too passive, if he allows a P4 "rush" In: COH2 Balance

By normal game I mean must-have upgrades like nades and ambulance for USF. With nades and ambulance, OKW Pz4 comes 40 fuel earlier than Sherman. Because those upgrades allow you in a normal game better map control and thereby more resources. If you do it right, you force the OKW player to invest in light vehicles, thus delaying his tech.
