You can not rotate entities spawned with spawn_entity.

I know. I was wondering if there was a work around to have them rotated before spawning.

Sadly I don't think there is a way to rotate objects in the AE.

I did see that post and gave it a go, but didn't have much success.
It's not too much of a problem for me, as I've been working around it by using objects that don't need rotating.
