What is happening on the balance team atm?

First it was Fallshrims changed into killing machines, so everyone on earth playing Okw plays them.

Next its raketen change which is the hugest okw buff i have ever seen.

"5 man" AT gun which has the "same range as a normal AT gun" AND it "can retreat!"

So balance team, maybe lay down the juice and stop homogenizing every unit in the game...

Falls are already on the hotfix list.

Raketenwerfer has 5 less range than all other AT guns and no gunshield protection

I think most people here think that raketen should be 5 man w/o retreat or 4 with it.

Also about falls, they were asked bo receive a buff for a very long time, probably its new lethality will justify a nerf on them and we will see it next patch

By "same range" you mean "less range". Erm okay.

Hugest buff --? 20mp cost increase, in addition to decreased starting mp and Volks cost increase means bringing out the raketen to deal with UC or M3 is even more difficult now.

Can no longer cloak while moving. Stationary camo is gated behind Vet 1, which basically means it has to take multiple engagements with ultra lights and lights, or even mediums. The raketen had 2 strengths. One was retreating, the other was camo. Now it has only one strength left, but in exchange it got some of its many weaknesses slightly mitigated.

A cost increase and losing the best ability in the game in exchange for +1 crew and +5 range is the "hugest buff" to you???

Definitely a l2p issue, since at higher levels of competency removing creeping camo-raks cheese is definitely a huge loss of potency and alpha-strike ability of the raketen. Katyusha and ambulance-sniping raketens are a thing of the past. You can't sneak up on vehicles being repaired anymore.

And that's a good change. But it was definitely a serious nerf to the raketen's potency and not the "hugest buff".

Falls were underpowered before the buff...
And rakatenwerfers were absolute cancer at high level games...

Besides raks are fine... its falls that are incredibly overpowered

Then you would be wrong. People were pretty upset when the raketen was 5 man but didn't have retreat.

fallis arent this OP unit. they have less dmg than other AI specialists. SO when fallis are OP in AI dps..what is with paras, ober etc?

you only was surprised by them (its their role in this game) or you didn't hit the retreat button fats enough when a player blobb them up (works with all AI specialists)

Since when did obers have stealth faust and airdrop... and since when did paras have a nukenade stealth and a faust?

Also considering you defended JLI as not being OP in the old arguments id say your opinion is not only biased but should also be disregarded

i also post enough times that bofors is totally OP and to cheap for its performance while most other told us: no its really ok to shreds armys while cost only 30fuel. and now? they brought it in line with other units with other unit in this price tag.

most ppl here cry ponly because they cant beat fallies anymore with every mainline and fallies do more dps. but no this dps from AI specialists. they are a camo surprise unit. Noone would surprise when a unit is in camo with the dps from a pio.

fallies have less dps than commandos, paras, obers etc....only ppl which was surprised or retreat not fast enough when a enemy decided to blobb up fallies.

i think this guy assumes that falls and raks have been overbuffed... honestly i agree with felix here that raks actually seem nerfed in high level games... although falls are ridiculous (and should still lose that faust)

You mean people with high/top ranks don't like his comment cos it's ill-informed?

The ZIS has 6 men and 60 range. Raketen has 5 man and 55 range.

ZIS has gun shield and barrage, Rak has camo and retreat. Asymmetry doesn't mean either is superior.
