We have seen almost every type of unit being cross-over across all factions but one particular unit is far out of the reach from OKW, the one and only 'Half-trucks'!
When are we going to see them with OKW (Mostly likely a non-doctrinal unit??)

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

The amount of pressure OKW infatry can apply if supported by HT is simply too much.

Why not change Opel-Blitz with Sdkfz. 251 without MG42, closed version.
- simply little bit more HP and armor.

And OKW isn't getting any completely new non doctrinal unit, unless you play a mod that does it.
The Opel Blitz is practically a dead ability. It costs as much as a proper halftrack, but has no armour and is unarmed.
The 250 would be a good replacement for it. Sticking Sturmpioneers in it would be pretty strong, but it comes out at 2CP and it means not going for OKW's more powerful doctrines.
Personally though, I think that halftrack Widerstreit designed that can hull down and deploy an anti-tank gun is the best use for that slot. Good synergy with the doctrine and not as boring as an outright Pak 40.

I don't agree with Vipper. The OKW Opel is terrible. Its aura has such a short range that you lose the halftrack if you try to use it so all it can do is skulk behind shotblockers. It plays like a 30 FU Ambulance without healing.
Replacing it with a 250 would be undeniably powerful, but at CP3 its counters are available and OKW already has the Flak HT/Luchs available. Furthermore, it'd be in the off-meta Feuersturm doctrine: unless it makes Feuersturm stronger than Overwatch/Special Operations it wouldn't be a net buff to the faction.
And if OKW really can't have a decent halftrack, replace that ability with something worthwhile. The Opel is a dead slot in an off-meta doctrine.

It'd definitely be strong, especially if it were a 250.
So you stick it in a comparatively weak doctrine like Feuersturm. Bam, good doctrine.
