I normally play Ostheer and when building sandbags I recall that capture points block construction if your too close and they are hard to position to get the flags to partially block the green cover on the 'enemy' side.
Using volks recently I notice their bags can be built at any point inside the flagpole making it easy. Is this just a discrepancy I've not noticed before?

Volks sandbags can only be built inside regular strategic points. Fuel and Ammo points partially block construction (flag pole models are larger). Afaik it's the same for OST and OKW sandbags.

Well, they are useless if you fight your units 1vs1. But they are all about Synergy.
What do I care if you have a Panther? Once you are crippled from running over a mine
I wait until you repair it with your 3x SturmPioneers and tell my 3x Mortars to fire at it.

- 900 Manpower down the drain. - Panther still can't move worth a damn.
