So the enemy spends 360 munitions to take down an emplacement. I think that's a fair trade.

Comparing an ability that was useful in all situation with a combination of abilities from to 2 different commanders that was mostly effective to counter a specific cancerous type of game (turtling) is a very far stretch.

And since emplacement spam is rather rare now the combination is far less useful.

spotting scopes only increase sight radius. They do not provide accuracy bonuses. Only UKF tank officer provide both sight and accuracy.

It's just a suggestion, tho 50% probably is a bit too much

Every recon ability can be countered with exception of OKW's special operations. T-70 is very tough to micro in late game when enemy is running Panthers and P4s, not to mention AA can counter recon planes. Dont fix what is not broken but maybe have thoughts on special ops?
