Why ? What's the reason why they would make the flak emplacement buffs exclusive to Luftwaffe ?
Is total nonsense...ALL, I REPEAT, ALL commander revamp changes affected every doctrine except this...

As far as I know, all Flak Emplacements refer to the same object, so having different values for the flaks in different commanders shouldn't be possible.
I didn't check, because i picked it one time and i couldn't pick luftwaffe in the same game, nor i thought about opening another game with luftwaffe.
As i restarted it fixed itself for both.
May it be a bug for the cost icon, like it showed old values or somerhing ? Even the mp value was off.
