Voted Ostheer Panther as underperforming. I guess I don´t have to repeat the units flaws once again.

I like their approach this time. The only problem I see with the idea of asking the community directly is that another person might vote that the Comet is overperforming. Then it might happen that the Panther gets a buff and the Comet gets nerfed and we end up with the balance twisted the other way around, resulting in no better game experience.
