Well, now production bulletins are really useful with 50% production time bonuses, so it's time to use them!
Here is an issue with Artillery prdoction II bulletin - it affects ML-20 and LeFH 18 (of Ostheer) but... totally ignores M1931 B-4. Maybe B-4 consctruction time bouns should be also included in that bulletin, cos I see no reason why it shouldn't be there?
P.S. Just interesting, will there be bulletins for LeFH 18 (OKW)? Maybe Relic should copy Ostheer bulletins for that one? Or make new?

Yea, i think about it too. It will be good solution instead of waiting separate bulletin for B-4.
