Kyle today in the ESL EU twitch chat stated the Roadmap for 2016 is tentatively scheduled to be released in April...probably late April. He also stated they are working on completing the 2015 roadmap first. If I remember, the ONLY thing on that roadmap not completed was...

Optimization? Could it be true? Is Optimization actually a possibility for Coh2?

OPtimization would help!

I played six 1v1s a few nights ago and realized, in the fifth one, that my fps at the beginning (when very little is happening) was barely above 40. Restart my game for the next match and my FPS broke 100 a few times in the first 5 minutes!!!!!

I'm pretty confident Kyle was replying to a question regarding the delayed release of the warpaint contents skins when he said "April, probably late April" and that the date/statement wasn't related to the roadmap he mentioned before that.

Don't get me wrong but I have no bloody idea about what is in store for this 2016.

Yuuuuuge. On a more serious note, Relic needs some avenue of cash flow as a business. Maybe commanders weren't the most ideal (probably should have been skins), but they have to bring food to the table every night somehow.

Kyle said there were no more commanders planned. Hopefully they'll use warspoils as a revenue stream and keep the game supported for some time yet.

Incorrect.

I specifically asked him about the 2016 Roadmap and he answered me by name. It was the roadmap he was referring to and he did state they needed to complete the 2015 one first. This question (and answer by him) also occurred prior to the question you are referring to.

Thanks for clearing that up, I thought I was on point when keeping an eye on Kyle's comments in chat and who they were aimed at but I guess the finals themselves were too much of a distraction.
That being said it was a nice surprise to get some solid info from Kyle on a lazy sunday like the confirmation that they're currently not working on any commanders, can't wait to see what the new roadmap has in store for us!
