T34/76 should become 7CP single/double call in with T3 or without any tech. This way, T34 could have great impact while losing game, just like Puma, Commnad Pz4 or Stug E, while T34/85 or KV1 should become T4 unit.
Currently there is no point of getting T34/76. Because if you do, why wouldnt you just get T34/85?

It costs too much to tech. With equal side upgrades and tech to access to same unit types 34/76 comes significantly latter than p4.
Axis is more capable of spaming every main unit type without exeption.
222 251 more spamable than t70 and m5
Puma than 3476
P4 than 3485
Grens, ostrupen, pgrens than cons, shoks, guards.
The 222 is quite spammable and perhaps T4 should not be contingent on T3 for Soviets, but the rest of your assertions are just tosh.

You know guys, it is funny. T-34 - weapon of victory, tank with a number of innovations. Tank, combined good armor, powerful engine and all-purpose main gun was implemented as peace of shit, which used only because USSR has nothing better. Like zergs.
Sherman was mass produced too (second after T-34), but in game this is very good tank with realy all-purpose gun, good armor and equal speed.
I am still sure, if you put T-34 as mainbattle tank for USSR, it should be bring in the line with Cromwell, M4A3 and PzKpfw IV!
As 4v4 player (best team rank 150), i can say, that T-34 spam don't working, but cromwells spam do. In reality of CoH 2 quality more important than quantity. You can counter T-34 spam with schreck blobs, PzKpfw V, Pak 40/43 and etc. All this stuff Germans have or can have when T-34 is out.

Swap '85 with '76, but make the '76 have modest CP and low cost. What you'd get is similar with M36 + M10.
