DISCLAIMER: All i did was to run a diff over the attribute files, so only changes concerning units and their abilities are listed. Also i might have misinterpreted some stuff, and i have left out minor changes or stuff that i am unsure what exactly it means.
Vickers Supression ability duration from 20s to 30s.
Tommy Recon Entity target size from 1 to 0.8.
Stormtrooper Squads now have the Jäger Interrogation ability.
Stormtrooper Entity "Extended Sight" (Armored Vehicle Detection) target type changed from only (enemy) vehicles to all.
Stormtrooper Entity "Extended Sight" (Armored Vehicle Detection) radius from 90 to 350.

The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.

Stormtroopers using their vehicle detection ability will detect all enemy units within 350m. I believe Relic already confirmed it as a bug.

They'd be better off if they had Ober Kar 98's, and got the PG G43's for the upgrade.
