then you build a m20 or bren with upgrade and suddenly your whole kubel army is useless after 4mins into the game.

or place mines at cutoff and watch the enemy have a "wipe" eveytime the go for cutoff, you know you cant reinforce kubel

Kubel with capping ability encourages noob play with little focus on battle and more on annoying bs.

No No NO to bs Kubel with capping, all allied vehicle capping abilties are doctrinal. If you want, it a kubel capping doctrine.

No vehicle capping abilities are doctrinal, it's vehicle crews or vet one.

I think all you eded to wirte in this post was : AC is in same category as M-42

Basically, but AEC is even worse as it is more manpower expensive, thus more manpower is spend on completely useless unit.

The vanguard doctrine for brits and some other doctrines have this ability first in the roster. Its called raid operation. Allows any of your vehicles to capture points at rapid speed.

Ok so I forgot that one, but your argument that it's BS that Kubels can cap is nullified by the fact that two thirds of allied vehicles can cap.

If AEC will be inteded counter to luchs it needs a lot of buffs. It was designed to counter 222s and it is terrible even at that job.

If it can kill a PzIV it needs buffs against luchs?

You need to be quite terrible to lose P4 to AEC.
Pair of them might contest it, single one is vet fodder.

The capping is nice but I honestly think if should have been something like a doctrinal unlock, or a toggle like Soviets' Secure Mode.

I mean sure you can use it as a rearguard fast capper, but literally everything in the game can kill it.

Ostheer Encirclement Doctrine's Breakthrough as well.

Yeah but those allied abilities require a significant Munitions investment, so at the very least so it should be for OKW.

Yeah but those allied abilities require a significant Munitions investment, so at the very least so it should be for OKW.

Let's do a tally up shall we:
USF:
  • WC51 crew
  • M20 crew
  • AA halftrack crew
  • M3 crew
  • Greyhound crew
  • Stuart crew
  • Wolverine crew
  • Jackson crew
  • M4 Sherman crew
  • Scott crew
  • Bulldozer crew
  • E8 crew
  • Priest crew
  • Pershing crew (oh wait :snfPeter::romeoPro::romeoMug: )
  • Even Ambulance medics can cap

Soviets:
  • T70 vet one
  • T34/76 vet one
  • T34/85 vet one
  • M4C Sherman vet one
  • KV1 vet one (KV 8 too?)
  • IS2 vet one

No munitions invested here for either list

Brits:
  • Raid Operation (brief and costs munitions)

Ostheer:
  • Breakthrough(?) (from Encirclement) (brief and costs fuel)

OKW:
  • Kubel

So looking at that I'd say capping with vehicles is pretty allied favoured, which considering that it comes in the form of vehicle crews and a niche vet one ability is pretty balanced, yet you advocate Kubel capping for costing munitions. Take off those rose tinted spectacles and see that it isn't just the Kubel that caps.

And yes, if you want me to be an axis fanboy because it suits your argument, I can be, but you don't get to become a moderator through being unfailingly partial to one side.

Back on topic: Have people been seeing horrible Kubel abuse? Is it actually too strong now or not actually that bad?

Not a fan, fought against kubal spam and their ability to cap in the alpha and beta. We will see how it goes..... there was a reason to why it didn't make it with the other changes when brits rolled out.

It'll certainly be OP as a capping unit.

Anytime Relic has ever given anyone a super fast capping unit it has been a balance issue.
