Can somebody tell mewhat is DPS beofre and after i give core infantry buletins :
+3 % accuraccy - basic
-3% reload - common - green
-2 reload , -2 cooldown between shots -rare - blue

search in Cruzz's "more you know" thread. IIRC, the 3% accuracy increased DPS by about 3% and cooldown of 5% was next best followed by reload/cooldown. Reload happens less often (after emptying magazine) than cool down which happens between each shot fired.

I know what happen how often i just want to know how much it improves my squad in the end (+X% of normal DPS)

Did the math.

Notes:
-I expect the Reload bulletins affecting Reload duration and not Reload frequency.
-I made the calculations based on the Gren Kar at mid range. Cooldown modifiers are better at longer range than at close range

+3 Accuracy: increases damage by 3%
5% cooldown: increases damage by 1.21%
3% Reload: ... by 0.27%
2% Reload + 2% Cooldown: ... by 0.66%

Basically using all 3 bulletins gives you a 5% increase damage.

I don't even bother with them. I hypothesize that if you did a mirror match with bulletins vs non bulletin of the same unit in an open plain and did it 30 times the difference would be statistically irrelevant, but i'm far too lazy to test it.

The best bulletins are the ones that boost veterancy or reduce munitions cost. XP is usually pretty large numbers, so 10% adds up over the course of the game. And saving a handful of munitions on BARs or whatever is always handy.

Also i remember Cruzzi saying that Assault Grenadiers benefit from Panzergrenadier and Grenadier bulletins, since the squad has both character models in it...

range bulletins are also good when triple stacked and a select few others, like the IS-2 armour increase, are also good when triple stacked. just about all bulletins are shit when single stacked though.

you only need 1 bulletin to have a slight chance that the enemy AT guns start bounching off your P4 since P4 has 180 armor and Ziz has 180 penetration

OKW P4 has 234 default armor, but I prefer triple 4% more armor for OKW Panther. That's 396 armor at Vet2. :hansWUT:
