For 60 muni you get a tiny increase in dps, and a muni-based ability which temporarily turns the UC into a kubel, while your infantry sections suffer without healing. Needs reduced cost (to 35-40) or increased burst length for better dps.

What ive learnt that lessering the price is never the real solution. The UC should have more health plus the Vickers K should have the supressing fire of a MG like the kubel, but without a setup(its alot more costly).

They just need to increase the burst length. It seems several British units have unusually small bursts, only shooting 1-3 rounds for some reason. Sappers and Commandos do the same.

My first impression of this upgrade was "it should be innately suppressive" in the quadmount M5 sense. 60 munitions is a lot at any stage of a game, and for an upgrade that costs that much just to unlock another munitions ability that does it for a short time makes for inefficient upgrade compared to Wasp upgrade, which might not suppress, but does area damage and area denial due to lingering flames. SUre it's 90 munitions instead of 60, but at least you're not bleeding 10 munitions per UC for what your HMG unit can do for free, costing only manpower, and do it forever as long as the squad is not dead.
