Panzer 4 needs a rework

you will be surprised at how often people forget to switch round. It's basically giving the pziv a free shot if the sherman get caught with HE.

Switching round type also take a bit longer than simply reloading, so that's another minus.

As i know,the M4A3 sherman can kill infantry using the common shell, its AOE radius is 2.0(if I m wrong correct me).If you want to kill infantry insanely ,switch to the HE shell,if you want to fight both infantry and vehicles, use the common shell (named AP shell ingame).

This is a good point, Sherman AP is about equal with the Panzer IV's main gun vs Infantry. The Panzer IV's advantage is mostly the hull and coaxial machine guns. The HE shell is a bonus that just makes it excel at clearing infantry. The AP shell on the other hand now outdoes the Panzer IV's gun.

Just buff the Pz4's penetration so it can now reliably penetrate the med-heavy tanks armour. They really need ti for the upcoming USF armour buff.

Puma penetrates more reliably than a Panzer 4..

I like OPs idea on decrease AI and increase penetration. Currently the stug is more useful. And cheaper

I don't think so. Ostheer needs a generalist tank like PzIV. I agree that StuG is a lot more effective versus armor, but Ostheer doesn't have goo AI medium armor.
