I first thought they weren't very good. But then I started using them just to show others what a great valentines event contributor I was. And then I started liking them. The describing texts are charming too

I was given the blood skins for the event and at the end of the event there was temporary site that would give you all the skins and the decal even if you already had them thus I now have two of all of them.

huh. the only thing i can think of (assuming you're in the in game store) is that you're not on the right page or in the right category. i don't see any reason for them to have removed it.

Looks like it's not available in the store in steam itself, but when I browse ingame, it looks like I can find them. Logic.
