Hi all, thanks for posting.
Was lurking here for a while now and just wanted to ask why noone made a thread yet, oh well. Will most likely join the multiplayer fray with the UKF release, so please keep discussing the weaknesses and brokenness of certain factions and units until then.

Comet is a Panther with more AI and less AT.

Wrong firefly mantle , and can they just give us a Beta? For whoever pre-ordered the game?
First off all. Tripwire so gud, 10 ammo for a whole dead squad ? + sight.
Vehicle capture point can win games, blitzkrieg save a tank. Fair Deal i think

Ok, so we have the Comet wrecking infantry, the Firefly wrecking tanks and the Cromwell as a big, padded meatshield, am i getting this right?

What i realized at the end of the Alpha (since i never got a firefly to vet 3 for obvious reasons, but certainly vet 3 cromwells) is that vet 3 firefly apparently does more damage.
It did 240 damage with a Kt-like turret rotation... Though it should be different now as well as reload...
Also, Comets... 290 armor, slightly less pen than panther, and otherwise alike as panther in every way except basic shells blow up infantry as well and smoke/phosphorous have a 3 second cooldown meaning you can piss off enemy infantry real bad with it. Mwahahahahahahahahaahhaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahhaahhahahaahahahhahahaha #BritsbalancedbecauseofrevengeMvGame
But seriously, Comet is the perfect allied tank.
Also, i believe cromwell had some slightly better stats than USF sherman other than speed. And vet 3 cromwell is crazy. Super speed + autoloader.

ill just play brits till they bring them in line with the other 4 factions, balancewise that is
but the hardcore axis-or-die players will indeed make a lake of tears out of these forums

Forward HQ with retreat FRP anywhere on the map fairly early in the game.
Allied panther which is amazing against infantry.
