How did you come up with your in game name/alias?

One day,at the ripe old age of 12 :foreveralone: I decided I wanted to get into online gaming :foreveralone:
At the time when making my first play station network account,I was eating a white chocolate hershey bar(Cookies and cream flavor but Ill get to that later :foreveralone: )

SO,My original IGN was WhiteChocolate :foreveralone:


so fast forward a year later,I forgot the password/login to the whitechocolate account, :foreveralone: ,made another account,and decided to pick the actual flavor for an account name,with many variations being considered including "xXCookiesNCreem" "Cookies_N_cream"



until i finally settled with "CookiezNcreem"

All my IGNs everywhere across the Internets have been CookiezNcreem since :foreveralone: what about you guys? :foreveralone:

In COH2 my handle is Flauffengauffen, because I was trying to explain to a friend how to use Fallschirmjagers. Fast forward ten minutes he was trying to get them to spawn and he was like, "Dude these flauffengauffen don't work for me. Every time I try to spawn a flauffengauffen it just walks on the field."

First my name was Hornisse back in the Call of Duty 2 days. Good old days. It just sounded good, but people constantly asked if I was German... After that it became StafkeH, just my real name. Now its Gustapo, its my nickname in real life :foreveralone:

Initially my user was blrick for no reason, then I changed it to flatline115 (Flatline was a King Of The Dot Event on November 5th), later shortened to flatline. I then began playing USF and thus changed my username to McDonalds because I thought it'd be funny.

Most of the time I used DaftFunk. Daft Punk + Da Funk = Daftfunk
but one day on some site that username was taken

DaftWhat was born.
Just started using it ever since.

Later changed in-game name to DownOnTheUpside... Soundgarden album name.

In COHO I named my main commander Basilone because this was shortly after The Pacific went on hbo and I noticed you could make your character look very similar to John Basilone as he was portrayed in the series. I stuck with that name after I went back to playing vcoh for some reason.

Mine is simple, i used to skateboard alot and i saw a "Baker 3" video(2005), which had Kevin "Spanky" Long skateboarding, at the time i started my first multiplayer game, Call of Duty 2, so i needed a nick. The name stuck with me till today.

Used to be Left_Hand_Man for a long time, but I parted ways with my friend who was Right_Hand_Man.

Robbie is my name, thought about Rotten_Robbie, but LazyTown is an amazing show so I went with Robbie_Rotten.

Apparently there is a porn star named Bonnie Rotten? I wouldn't know about that but that is what everyone asks about.

VonIvan, I used to be known as lordjohn but that name sounds pretty lame after 2-3 years of use. I could've gone with CaptainJohn which sounds better but doesn't really inspire terror or fear when playing automatch, plus we already have a CaptainSSPrice. :foreveralone:

So I had to figure this one out. It's simple, my name in Russian is Ivan, that works, but there's 100s of Ivans playing this game. What can we add to make this sound catchy. Then after watching Valkyrie I realized why not add Von from Von Stauffenberg to create VonIvan. Sadly there are other Vons in this community who bring shame to said name. I am considering changing it to something else. :foreveralone:
