you mean veterancy? there's a table online that's mostly up to date. i don't have a link for it though.

No, i mean the upgrade that costs like 80 muni on okw p4.
Anyway i've seen it in attribute editor. The skirt provides +30% armor, just like vet2 wmt p4.
