i can't take any request thread with art involved seriously; relic just isn't going to do it and i don't think we have modeling tools yet. it's literally nothing other than a time killer at this point. that said, i'll leave you too it and delete my post.

If it were up to me, a new one based loosely on Army Group Center during Bagration. There would also be a Soviet counterpart faction. Have 'em all planned out, now all I need is to do is be a faction designer for Relic...

Actually Wehrmacht's Panzer IV is most likely the G version.

Actually Wehrmacht's Panzer IV is most likely the G version.

The differences between the G and the H are:
a) frontal hull armor upgraded to 80mm
b) longer KwK 40 L/48 mounted from the start
c) armor skirts.

The first two were also added to later production runs of the G, as well as vehicles that were reparired in a factory, and the last one is added to the P4 in the game with vet.

TL;DR:
a late model G and would be nigh indistuingishable from an H.

As for what units I'd like to see:
I think a Panzer 3 could be nice- would likely be worse against infantry than a P4, but have better penetration and nice speed.
Would also like seeing the OKW Scavence Ostwind replaced with a Wirbelwind, and possibly, a USF Jumbo Sherman.
