I wish I could build them instantly by just double clicking instead of rotating them back and forth. It seems other directional buildings can be built this way so I find no reason that wire and tank trap should be different. It is especially annoying when I try to spam tank traps to catch a Kubelwagen.

1. No, you can build bunkers and production buildings by double clicking.
2. It is annoying anyway to use wire and tank trap in normal way to block pass.
