Indeed. Barton contributes next to nothing to the community.

Wouldn't say that's necessarily true. It's just that no one makes an attempt to listen to him. I find that Barton knows more about balance than most CoH2 streamers.

I have the fear that they will just over-buff USF Riflemen from the very start because of all the complaints, leading to even stronger Riflemen blobs early game, leading to yet more patches need to fix this.

-Call-ins tied to teching (don't think it will happen, but still),
-Nerf to some late-game units (mostly ISU and Jagdtiger)
-Kubel gets a fuel cost.
-Some infantry nerfs (Obersoldaten, Soviet snipers, further LMG tuning/nerfs in general)
-Some infantry buffs (conscripts mostly, maybe give PGrens a lil love)
-Maybe some US love, by buffing their UP units.

I would love to see something made against the call in problem.
Stick them to teching phases or allow only 1 'Super Tank' at once on the field.

my hopes:

-kubel gets a substantial fuel cost
-LMGs are still silly, something needs to be done about them. M1919 and MG34/42
-pack howitzer price decrease
-BARs improved or fuel tech cost reduced
-nerf the ISU and Jagd and KT
-adjust fuel income in larger games
-something done about callins
-buff the M2HB - make it built out of tier 0 with riflemen to make USF more fun and varied.

and a favorite of mine: nerf that damned flak hq gun that damages medium tanks. It should not be able to damage them on top of shredding everything else.

Just a little thing I think most people will understand.

Allow all AT cannons to hold fire against inf while on the move.
Atm it's only possible to give the command while the weapon is stationary which I don't understand.

1. USF buffs (needed. Riflemen's vet needs to mean something in late game, USF hmg should be the best hmg in the game, as intended. Players will be able to win with other doctrines than Paras :D);
2. Possible soviet buffs (not needed, but they will receive them anyway, while ISU will remain the same. T34 will be made almost equal to P4 while being much more cost effective. Together with the OKW unavoidable nerfs, the soviet trololol is comming);
3. OKW nerfs, making it close to unplayable (it will still be considered OP because it can build "elite" units. 2-3 per game. Currently, it has early game advantage, middle game disadvantage and late game advantage. Because of estimated nerfs, it will have early game disadvantage, middle game disadvantage, and, because of these two, late game disadvantaged. Allied, ftw);
4. Some more Ostheer nerfs (it still has a few units that mean something so they have to be nerfed in order for allied spammer noobs to win).
