(USF) Vehicle Crews have no death animation.

So this seems to be a bug that everyone has seen but nobody has reported (afaik). Basically if a vehicle crewman is killed outside of a vehicle, their animation freezes in place and that's it. It stays like that for a minute before the models disappear. It's not game-breaking which is probably why nobody reports it, just ugly and weird.

I think this also only happens if they are repairing the vehicle when they die.
