A picture explains this the best: In this case we can see my opponent has built T2. Is that intended?

It was like that since alpha, u can always build t1 then cancel it and build t2 and other way around. Is it intended? I dont think so, probably somewhere at the bottom of TODO list

probably not, but you can fake your opponent out by cancelling the building and placing the other on top of it. the crater remains. I don't think there's an official relic response on this.

Not really a bug or feature, more a limitation of the engine I'd say.

As far as I know they didn't changed engines with WFA release and before it we didn't had that.

So yes, it is a bug, because free tier maphack obviously can not be intended.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.
