as the title states, i think, that the FG42 sound is not good, in fact i think its terrible. hearing the tank sounds being improved by a lot in coh2 compared to coh1, i wonder, why especially those weapons have to sound like a bunch of airsoftweapons. terribru
i mean, they could even add the feature, that those guys fire semiauto at long and full auto at close range...

Yeah it sucks. pyup pyup pyup. Sounds like they're spitting gum.
I also wish they'd hire new voice actors too to replace the voices for Ostheer commander (old man with shaky voice)Ostheer grens (also strange old man - "no, no Wilhelm, he owes me manny") and ALL the damn soviet voices and their lines. Actually getting some Russian people to write them and voice them would be a start. I can't play Sovs 'cos I can't listen to the damn weak voices.
Only good soviet voices are snipers and guards. Everything else is so slapstick :/
