Can't find the damage.
When you mark a tank with the russian commander if the tank stays there, how much damage does the plane do?

the plane deals no damage at all. it marks the tank, which will increase incoming damage by 100% (at least thats what it used to be)

mark target increases damage done by 35% i believe.

Does anyone know the command panther values? It feels stronger than the soviet one despite being cheap.

The plane does nothing except partially reveal the targeted tank. You get 33% more damage from your tanks when they fire at the targted tank. So t34 85 normally does 160 damage, with mark vehicle it does 213 per shot.

Button only slows the tank and cuts off its line of sight.
