I can't help but remain completely unexcited at this new development since 90% of us will never get this commander through drops anyways.

Looks interesting. Not sure what "tank_grenade" or "breakthrough_2" is, but I can give some insight to the others based on my messing around in Worldbuilder.
There is a Flame Half-Track listed under OKW's roster in WB, it appears as a regular Ostheer Flame Half-Track and appears to function the same way. Urban Assault Light Infantry appear to be 4 men with MP 40's. I don't recognize the model, initially I thought Obersoldaten or CoH1 Stormtroopers, but they are neither! Although they appear to be re-textured Panzergrenadiers. They're also equipped with Smoke Grenades and Panzerfausts.
Lastly the star of the doctrine, is a Command King Tiger. It does not appear to buff other units, but it has extra abilities like calling in an off-map Nebelwerfer Barrage, Mark Target, and "Command Mode", which deactivates all weapons but "the unit can now do crazy stuff" (literally what the description says). Not sure what said crazy stuff is, although it does increase LOS to that of a recon unit.

It seems to be: "Here we know you struggle with Maxims and Garrisons in general, have Assault troops, Flame HT and hell have some Anti tank grenades, why not" If it is indeed Anti-tank grenades, that or it's going to be some kind of Grenade launched from tanks like the one on the Sturmtiger.
Breakthrough sounds similar to whats already in the current Breakthrough doctrine.
And well Cmd Royal Tiger kinda speaks for itself.
It's a shame we are just starting to see more recycled units, from what looked to be a Promising expansion in Alpha, the stat changes between then and Launch, and the now recycling of multiple units it seems Relic have lost their drive with this expansion

I agree with the other people - the odds of anyone ever getting them are hopelessly remote. The few people that do get them will probably enjoy their advantage for a very, very long time.
Now the OWK are getting a really useful call in heavy tank, I wonder how long we'll have to wait until the US get theirs. (thus meaning all armies rely on call in heavy tanks for the mid to late game)
Just think, in a little over 30 years we might all have eventually 'won' those commanders...if we're extremely lucky.
