5 drops. I believe the drops are every 3 1/2 hours. Sadly, I don't think I'll want to play as much from now on and my progress towards WFA will be much slower.

So far, in this thread we have:

21 commanders won

5 old commanders, rest WFA


So the odds so far are in favor of WFA


Make that 18 commanders won, 12 WFA and 6 old.
I was being sarcastic about winning those 4 WFA commanders. I only won 1 old commander everybody had for free. Sorry. :P

This morning I got a drop in 1, maybe 2 hours. Im thinking you can get a drop every hour but its a really small chance. Every hour your chances for a drop will increase, same for multiple drops I believe.

Okay, thanks for the correction.

Based on the anecdotal evidence/probabilities I've gathered, we're looking at up to 150-140 hours or more of gaming time to win all 6 WFA commanders.

I hope nobody who chooses to absent from computer bot farm this will damage their computer this summer. Get a good cooling system, or farm in small bursts...

In my 2nd hour of playing I got the Fortifications Doctrine and Elite Armored Doctrine for the OKW (both dropped about an hour from each other). Other than that, the Spearhead Doctrine and the Assault Support Doctrine. Mostly just bulletins and other dupes.

Three hours and no war spoils yet. Is there anywhere i could see all possible war loot? Where can i find the US bulletins e.g.?

Me Too... ;( and i purchased everything they put out and two copies of the game to support Relic... and im just a working stiff... sigh... middle class always gets screwed... :(

i have had the exact same bulletin twice now, and I already had it lol... the engineer flame one for soviets.

oh I did get a few others too yey :p

125 hours ingame since WFA came out. I'd say about 1/3 of that is AFK.

So far I've gotten 1 faceplate and 5 bulletins, 1 of which is for the faction I've been playing(And I don't use), and 3 camos, 1 of which is for the faction I've been playing.

The randomness I can take, but the drop rate is beyond bad.

These are the rules for War Spoils.

If you violate some of these rules, then your time played will not count.

Also, noun has stated that playing as a particular faction will increase the probability of winning a commander of that faction.

didnt WFA only come out like 150 hours ago?

haha i sure hope youve been afk more than 1/3 of that, but sitting afk on the menu screen wont help you get drops.

between myself and a few friends, only 1 person has found a commander and it was lightning war (a duplicate). and weve all played just about every night

Fortifications Doctrine for OkW. Actually won it end of last week so haven't even tried it yet.

Happy to try that out today.

I do like the system, I was so used at the drop rate of unique stuff in D3 at the beginning so ANYTHING that drops I'm happy :D .

Maybe it would be good for Relic to allow ppl to buy these new commanders at least if they want. It would be a win/win situation for them. If someone wants to buy them, so be it. But then it wouldn't really be P2W since it is initially allowed for anyone who plays the game.

I got terror doctrine (soviets) and a few bulletins from which the only one to be mentioned is 4% armor penetration for PUMA.
What I would realy like, would be an OKW doctrine (elite armor or scavengers). The OKW rare doctrines seems bad ass to me.

This for COH2 (about paying 1 year long for ommanders and now you and everybody else getting them for free). What an irony!!!

I generall i like the new system but they should not include the commanders. Every, idk, 3 hours playing, everybody should get them (only the commanders) and RNG should not decide that.
