Question about the KV-8 health increase

Does this health increase apply to the KV-1? I remember in the past changes to ones stats (other than gun) was applied to the other. I hope so cause the KV-1 seriously needs some help.

UPDATE 23.06.2014: Population increased from 10 to 12.

- Health increase from 720 to 800
- Price increase from 360 / 135 to 390 / 145
