There seem to be tons of custom maps out there, why is relic not using this to their (and our ) advantage and includes some of the very good maps into the game (including automatch)?

Well recently there was a mapping competition and 9 new maps were selected as the victors, at least 3 of them (if I understood correctly) will be added to the game officially.
