Then expect overgrown, more durable and much more clumsy panther with 160dmg, huge penetration and moderate/low AI damage.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

If its the vcoh M10 he will circle strafe the Kingtiger and the Jagdtiger at once to death while crushing all your Grenadiers at top speed.

It doesnt have to be similar to the vCoh KT. If it would be an AT tank it would overlap to much with the Jagdtiger, so what would be the point of getting it.
I expect the Coh2 King Tiger to be an allrounder tank like the PIV, but more powerfull. Well with less speed and higher cost, but better Armor/HP/Maingun.
320 dmg seems to be an possible since all Pak43/KwK43 weapons ingame deal 320 dmg. Tho currently they all have a AT role.
As for counters to the King Tiger, some of the devs said that planes will have more presence on the battle field. My guess is that the US forces will have a special building (radio station) that will a allow them to call in planes in exchange for menpower/fuel or simply ammo.

in CoH1, there also were some issues with German heavy armour, I heard that WM were supposed to get all big tanks, Tiger, king Tiger and Jagdpanther, but for some reason (which is Panzer Elite) they decided to give only Tiger and King Tiger to WM and jagdPanther to PE.
Ostheer currently have two big tanks, Tiger and Elefant, so I guess that Wehrmacht will get KT and JagdPanther/JagdTiger and SturmTiger and probably Tiger I, altho I'd like to see also King Tiger in OstHeer faction as a single call-in (like Tiger Ice) and IS-3 for Soviets

If you think the M10 will be like it's vCOH form you will be dissapointed. COH2 has different standards for tank destroyers. They usually have long range and high penetration. The M10 will probably be slower then its vCOH version.
