There is a small problem with the irregular call-ins. They don't gain the effects of rapid conscription. If this was intended it doesn't quite make sense. Why penalize a player for using one ability by constricting the use of another. At the moment it's really messing with the flow of this commander. Is this simply an oversight since they were built off the pre-multiplayer partisans?

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

It's pretty good doctrine. It has a totally different purpose then partisans. This is more of strong general infantry type of doctrine. Irregulars are pretty good with their grenades and LMGs. They are a good alternative to cons that give up durability for firepower. Except it's ruined since if you field a lot of them you don't get as much from rapid conscription.

Agreed. It makes Merge and Rapid Conscription even less valuable. Please fix.

The PTRS's are fine as they are. Whenever i'm up against Guard Infantry, I always have to be careful with my vehicles or the Guards will completely destroy them. Good range, good damage and fairly cheap; if anything, the PTRS should nerfed since it's ridiculously good for the price. Even in the hands of Conscripts, the PTRS's are extremely potent.

You can actually merge with irregulars these days, they fixed that at some point after they first released them.

But yeah, it's kinda stupid that they don't work with rapid conscription.
