How do i help with bad lag when telling units to do things?
I watch streams like DIRTYFINISH and I watch and his unit move so fast, maybe 0.3 second from when he click to when unit respond.
When I play it take usually 1-2 second for units to move.
Also I have many times where games freezes for 10 seconds then speeds way up for 10 seconds then plays again. Maybe every 2 games this happens.
I use WiFi. 5G.

That's a horrific value for home ping

Maybe try switching back to 2,4 G or try an Ethernet cable if available and repeat the speed test to see if the ping improved?

5G is garbage when attempting to pass through solid objects. If your router/modem is in another room it'll cause packet loss or higher latency. As suggested by aera, try 2.4 if nothing else or try ethernet which is the prefered.
