If the picture needs a place to live:
Click your name on upper right of page.
Click MY FILES.
Upload file.
If you have a link already there is a INSERT IMAGE WITH LINK button in the HTML message editor.
Click your name on upper right of page.
Click MY FILES.
Upload file.

- Top right under name, hover your mouse
- My files
- Upload
- Select file
- Name file
- Send
- Top right under name, hover your mouse
- My files
- Find your file
- Open it via the hyperlink
- Copy the link
- Open message to whom you are replying or sending
- Above the message box there is a bar of icons with functions. Icon #6 and #7 allow you to insert files to the text box.
- Insert link into browser box.
- click ok.
Should be good from there.

How to upload a photo \ screenshot to "New Topic"?
"New Topic" has nothing to do with the process of uploading a picture file, it's only to create a new thread.
To add a picture to a new thread, simply follow the steps from ShadowLink.
You need to copy the LINK to the .jpg/.png. (or whatever picture data type) file, then you can add it to a thread by clicking on one of these 2 buttons and paste the link there. These buttons will show up in the top edit bar as soon as you want to create/edit a post or new thread on this site
