Not much just set the pop for kv1 from 14 to 17 that's it.

Because it now has the same pop as Panzer J while being a heavy tank and it is superior to PzIV.
Although 16 would probably be enough.

why?Late game, the soviet pop cap efficiency is quite something, this will prevent soviet player to loose 1 support weapon/infantry squad that they need to counter pretty much everything.
