Can someone finally fix the M1 AT gun's tracking?

This has reached meme levels of stupid. Not a single other AT gun in the game can pull off this garbage:

Puma drives by the M1, which as soon as it sets up with the gun facing forward it fires THE MOMENT IT SETS UP, with the barrel still facing forward, and the shot magically goes away from the barrel to the right at the Puma that's now on the edge of the cone, with the gun pointing towards the Puma after the shot is taken. Here's a picture representation. The same exact thing happens with the ATG on the right but it's off screen so not possible to see it, but you can clearly see, near the end of the clip, the barrel moving AFTER the shot just like the one on the left.



This has been going on since the M1 AT gun has been created by Relic, I have suffered through countless examples of this POS setting up and killing LVs at the very edge of its cone for no reason other than absolute LAZINESS to patch this garbage.

FIX IT

Agreed. It's not instantaneous as you think it to be.

In every other AT gun the crew has to take positions before firing. Also it's half a sec, not one, and it's still excessively little time.

M1 got 50% faster tracking speed then other ATGs.
Tracking starts the moment the gun is put down, not when models get on it.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

This has nothing to do with the M1 in particular.

All ATGs and HMGs have buggy animations that show the gun pointing straight forward during repositioning while in reality it's still pointing to whatever side it was pointing at before it packed up. This one just happened to be facing to the far right which allowed it to get a shot off very quickly.

All ATGs can do this if they happen to be reloading and have the gun facing the right way.

What do you mean facing to the far right? The barrel was facing forward.

Also how did it happen to both guns? The one on the right seems to be doing the same thing as shown at the end of the clip.

Animation issue. The gun is actually facing another direction, but the animation doesn't show it properly because the towing/refacing animation simply locks the gun facing forward.

If you want to go that way, its also not fair for M1 to have such low penetration too.
Its "light" ATgun, so its faster.
