I think a default buff to panther would be a mistake. A vet buff would be a much safer thing, and the panther doesn't usually vet up that quickly

Most AT specialized vehicles get an accuracy buff with vet, panther is one of the few that doesn't

Moving acc is double trouble for panthers. It is a sturdy fast tank but its ment to be a defensive tool. Stationary acc > moving acc IMO.

Not really. Saying the oanther is defensive when its outranged by all alloed tds is like trying to defend against a sniper by sitting in green cover
