Please fix this old "kubel bug" that is present on the IRHT

Updated and testing if there are other units which have the bug.
I skipped all tanks and mostly going for those HT which most of the time die to combination of small arm fire but might survive the big hits.
SO i'm just throwing multiple copies of low HP units at Stuka dive bomb.
Edit: i might got RNG not been able to proc but i couldn't get any other unit.
