I haven't been using tigers for a long while, preferring speed of panthers.
But from the 1v1 tourny, tigers seem good, offering armor and AI.
If i wanted to start playing tigers, which shoud i practice with? Tiger ace doctrine seems useful overall while Tiger are in more choices
Tiger or Tiger Ace for noobs?

Tiger is good.
But Tiger Ace is borderline broken once you reach vet 2 and keep it on spearhead mode for the extra sight.

Iirc the Tiger Ace requires T4 being built while the regular Tiger just needs the battlephase researched.
Also the regular Tiger comes at 9 cps (Ace at 11) and less fuel cost.
So the regular Tiger can be rushed out more easily.

For 2v2 so Ace is better to practicse?
More shared resources to wait out.
More HP, crew repair makes up for the higher pop.
I lose pintle, but i will get Ostwind then.

According to the notes the Tiger Ace also has 10% more accuracy on its main gun, but no one from the balance team could confirm if this actually made it to the game.

Thanks looking at it, make most sense to practice ace in 2v2. The pintle is not worth on tiger, not worth on all axis tanks. The speed vet is also worth less since the heavy nerf. I will probably still need T4 building anyway for pwafer. Necessary in 2v2 for sure.
I hope the 10% accuracy is true. Much needed stats for Axis to balance out.
