Game was going OKish when i got my command panther and killed the KV-8. Then after 10-20 seconds i got a bugsplat...
I don't think this was a coincidence, can I find a way to report this guy?

Well you can't proof it.
Only way to do it:
Play more often vs this guy. And then, when it happens all the time when you kill all his stuff and you get bugsplit again and again. It's count as a proof. Sorry

I don't think he is using hacks, he has mediocre stats with 590 losses.
Most likely it was just pure, unlucky coincidence ;/
