Panzer 4 gets engine crit from USF M1 57mm AT gun: 19:59 or 20:00.
Panzer 4 gets engine crit from USF pack howitzer: ~26:10
Should slow replay if you wish to see ~10 seconds prior.
Panther gets engine crit from Schu-mine 42 after 2nd panzer 4 crit. Disregard this as it was a mine that triggered the crit and not a supposid bug.

I went through the files. There is no issue with the USF support weapons.
Instead, there seems to be an issue with certain vehicles that still have a random change to get engine damaged in the right conditions. The affected vehicles are:
- Universal Carrier
- SWS halftrack
- OKW P4
- OKW Puma
The chance of getting a random engine damage critical is 1%, if and only if both of the following conditions are satisfied:
- Hit in the rear
- Health precisely between 25% and 50%
Given that you had this happen twice in a row, it looks like you hit the lottery there xD
I'll try to see if it isn't too late to add a fix for this. Otherwise we will put it out in a future update.

Well since it's part of the game it isn't really a bug just more of a "interesting interaction" to put it kindly. but maybe i'll go buy a lottery ticket now lol.
