All kidding aside, HR did a piss poor job on this announcement. I've worked in HR, these qualifications are outdated, and frankly over the top. I'm not even sure someone with HR experience wrote this posting.

it is telling that the most commercially successful RTS games had the basic "buy the box you own the entire game forever" revenue model without trying to superimpose some kind of microtransaction model on top of it.
