I remember losing a couple of games just because my opponent got a KV8 and drove into my base insta incinerating everything in its path from infantry to ATguns and pzgrenadiers with shrecks. Almost indestructible and killing one squad per second. The most gamebreaking unit ever. Glad that Relic nerfed the shit out of it as it deserved. Oh yeah and what we got now? Blobs of grenadiers and pz grens that can be countered by dynamite or 120 mortar, oh it was nerfed. So we have only kate. Soviets need a good anti blob unit. Kv8 will be great. Maxim sucks. Ps. Damn I hate cas commander, it need a nerf. In: COH2 Balance

Best thing about this patch how ostheer hmg destroy blobs, kubel suppresses with first burst imediately after set-up, but maxims still the same worthless piece of junk which got blobbed to death and then salvaged. Relic should at least give DShK AoE suppression of hmg42. Damn thing cost so much and so useless it hurts. I don't care how much damage it does, if it cant fight blobs, why i need it? Even if it was out of doctrine i just build cheaper maxims instead. Also in team games paradrop 50 cal for soviets could be a nice thing. And still allies haven't good early anti blob mg. So axis can blob, allies can't. In: COH2 Balance

Meaning if you send in two squads each on one end of the arc one squad will get suppressed while the other can get close enough to throw a grenade. We have a winner! Yeah, but you can just cover it with another mg or grenadiers. Usf early game is very hard to play, in this stage usf must be the strongest, because of weak late game but in this meta nope. Only a noob can't win early game with mg42 vs usf or your opponent must be higher in skill. In: COH2 Balance
